SANTA ANAMUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 509
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 4-5-9
(EXHIBIT AA 509 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 509, filed
by THEODORE and ROBERT ROSENSON for a change in District classi-
fication from the CD District to the C-5 District, and said
Commission has recommended approval of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing
on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment and that the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point where the center line of Santa Clara
Avenue intersects the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence
northerly along the center line of Tustin Avenue for a
distance of 660 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a
line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa
Clara Avenue for a distance of 330 feet, more or less; thence
southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 660 feet, more or
less, to the center line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence
westerly along the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a
distance of 330 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the CD District to the C-5 District, and
Sectional District Map 4-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 509 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of August, 1964.

the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Ordinance
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 3rd day of August, 1964, and was again considered by
said Council at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of August,
1964, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by the
following vote, to wit:
