CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE
BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE
EMPLOYEES ' RETIREMENT SYSTEM
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That an amendment to the contract between the CITY
COUNCIL of the CITY OF SANTA ANA and the BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION,
CALIFORNIA STATE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM is hereby authorized,
a copy of said amendment being attached hereto and marked "EXHIBIT A"
and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out
in full.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor of the City Council is hereby
authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for
and on behalf of said Agency.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after
the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of 15 days from
the passage thereof shall be published at least once in the Register,
a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the
City of Santa Ana, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of April, 1968.

I, DORIS M. BROWN, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the
Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held
on the 1st day of April, 1968, and was again considered by said
Council at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of April, 1968,
and at said meeting was passed and adopted by the following vote, to
wit:
