ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 547 FILED BY RALPH W.
DRENNAN AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 13-5-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 547, filed by
RALPH W. DRENNAN, for a change in District classification from the
R-1 District to the R-3 District, and said Commission has reconauended
APPROVAL of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under
the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Brook Street located
232.5 feet, more or less, easterly frcan that point where the
center line of Brook Street intersects the center line of Bristol
Street; thence easterly along the center line of Brook Street for
a distance of 100 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a
line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street
for a distance of 168 feet, more or less, to the center line of
an alley; thence westerly along the center line of said alley for
a distance of 100 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a
line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street
for a distance of 168 feet, more or less, to the center line of
Brook Street and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-3 District, and
Sectional District Map 13-5-10 ks hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 547 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of May, 1965.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 3rd day of May, 1965, and was again considered
by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of May,
1965, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by the
following vote, to wit:
