ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 552 FILED BY OBANGE
COUNTY LAW BUILDING AND AM~IDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT
MAP 12-5-10 (~D~{IBIT AA 552 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Co~.,,ission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 522, filed by the
ORANGE COUNTYLAW BUILDING, a California corporation, for a change
in District classification from the P District to the CD District,
and said Commission has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification
in accordance with Exhibit 552 A; and
WHERF~ the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and the use under
the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Begin~ing at a point on the center line of Birch Street located
265.2 feet, more or less, northerly from that point where said
center line intersects the center line of Eighth Street; thence
westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Eighth Street for a distance of 130 feet, more or less; thence
northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Birch Street for a distance of 200 feet, more or less; thence
easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Eighth Street for a distance of 130 feet, more or less, to the
center line of Birch Street; thence southerly along the center
line of Birch Street for a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the P District to the CD District, and
Sectional District Map 12-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclas-
sification in accordance with Exhibit AA 552 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21~ day of J~e, }965.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of

1965, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by the
