ON AMENDMENTAPPLICATION NO. 557t FILED BY MARGARET
L. HALL, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 8-5-9

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 557, filed by
MARGARET L. HALL for a change in District classification from the
R-1 District to the LP District, and said commission has recommended
APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit 557-A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public interest and necessity require
the following amendment and that the use under the new classification
will not be detrimental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Fourth Street.located
975.23 feet, more or less, westerly from that point where said
center line intersects the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence
westerly along the center line of Fourth Street for a distance of
483.21 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approxi-
mately parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance
of 913.54 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approxi-
mately parallel to the center line of Fourth Street for a distance
of 483.21 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue for a
distance of 913.54 feet, more or less, to the center line of
Fourth Street and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the LP District, and
Sectional District Map 8-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 557 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of September, 1965.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 16th day of August, 1965, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 7th day
of September, 1965, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by the following vote, to wit:
