ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 558, FILED BY PAUL V.
BANKS, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICTMAP 13-5-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Co~nission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application NO. 558, filed by
PAUL V. BANKS, for a change in District classification frc~ the R-1
District to the R-3 District, and said Commission has rec~ended
APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit 558 A;
and
WHEREAS, the city Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under
the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THERKFOP. E, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ARA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Cubbon Street located
232.5 feet, more or less, easterly from that point where the
center line of Cubbon Street intersects the center line of Bristol
Street; thence westerly along the center line of Cubbon Street for
a distance of 106.3 feet, more or less, to the center line of an
alley; thence northerly along the center line of said alley for a
distance of 163 feet, more or less; thence easterly, continuing
along the center line of said alley, for a distance of 106.3 feet,
more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 163 feet,
more or less, to the center line of Cubbon Street;a~'d the point of
beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-3 District, and
Sectional District Map 13-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with ExhibitAA 558 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th,day of October, 1965.
