ON AMENDMENTAPPLICATION NO. 562, FILED BYANTHONY
D. VASI, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 15-5-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Ccamaission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 562, filed by
ANTHONY D. VASI, for a change in District classification fr0~ the
A-1 District to the C-2 District, and said Cuma,,ission has recommended
APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit 562 A;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Alia,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of McFadden Avenue located
210 feet, more or less, easterly from that point where said center
line intersects the center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence
northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 662 feet, more or less; thence
easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of
McFadden Avenue for a distance of 170 feet, more or less; thence
southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 662 feet, more or less, to
the center line of McFadden Avenue; thence westerly along the
center line of McFadden Avenue for a distance of 170 feet, more
or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the C-2 District, and
Sectional District Map 15-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 562 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED ANDADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of October, 1965.

the Council of the City of Santa Ana, California; that the foregoing
Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on September 20, 1965, and was again considered by said Council at its
regular meeting held on October 4, 1965, and at said meeting was
regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
