ON AMENDMENT A~PLICATION NO. 564, FILED BY DORA
MARTHA NEWCOMB, AND AMENDING S~CTIONAL DISTRICT
MAP 5-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA564 B)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 564, filed by
DORA MART~A NEWCOMB, for a change in District classification from the
A-1 District to the C-5 District, and said Commission has rec~,~ended
reclassification from the A-1 District to the LP and C-5 Districts in
accordance with Exhibit 564-B; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classifications will not be detr/mental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Santa Clara Avenue
located 365 feet, more or less, westerly from that point where
said center line intersects the center line of Tustin Avenue;
thence westerly along the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for
a distance of 371.9 feet, more or less; thence northerly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue
for a distance of 658.2 feet, more or less; thence easterly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa Clara
Avenue for a distance of 369.5 feet, more or less; thence southerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Tustin
Avenue for a distance of 658.2 feet, more or less, to the center
line of Santa Clara Avenue and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the LP District, and
Sectional District Map 5-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 564 B.
SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 2:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Tustin Avenue located
185 feet, more or less, northerly from that point where said center
line intersects the center line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence
westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 365 feet, more or less,
to the easterly boundary line of Parcel 1 hereinabo~e described;
thence northerly along said easterly boundary line of Parcel 1
for a distance of 473.1 feet, more or less; thence easterly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa Clara
Avenue for a distance of 365 feet, more or less, to the center
line of Tustin Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of
Tustin Avenue for a distance of 473.1 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the C-5 District, and
Sectional District Map 5-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 564 B.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of October, 1965.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 20th day of September, 1965, and was again
consideredby said Council at its regular meeting held on the 4th day
of October, 1965, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted
