ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 593 FILED BY VELMA DALLUGE
AND AMENDING SRCTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 23-5-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 593, filed by
VELMA G. DALLUGE for a change in District classification fro~a the
R-2 District to the C-5 District, and said Ccm~nission, by its
Resolution 5784, APPROVED said reclassification in accordance with
Exhibit 593 A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of SantaAna,
County of Orange, State Of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of West Edinger Avenue,
said point being located 1032.9 feet, more or less, westerly from
that point where said center line intersects the center line of
Greenville Street; thence southerly for a distance of 141 feet,
more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Edinger Avenue for a distance ofg0 feet,
more or less; thence northerly for a distance of 141 feet, more
or less, to the center line of Edinger Avenue; thence easterly
along the center line of Edinger Avenue for a distance of 90 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the C-5 District, and
Sectional District Map 23-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 593 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of August, 1966.
