SECTION 6372 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, it appears that Sub-section (d) of Section 6372 of
the Santa Ana Municipal Code is invalid by reason of new judicial
pronouncements; and
WHEREAS, by reason of such invalidity said Sub-section (d)
of Section 6372 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code should be repealed;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Sub-section (d) of Section 6372 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of September, 1966.
