ON AMENDMENTAPPLICATION NO. 602 FILED BY RONALD
M. BUCK, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 5-5-9

WHEPdEAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 602, filed by
RONAT~D M. BUCK for a change in District classification from the LP
District to the C-5 District, and said Commission, by its Resolution
5806, recommended approval of reclassification of the subject property
from the LP District to the LPB District to permit commercial parking
on the subject property; and
W~EREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Santa Clara Avenue,
said point being located 365 feet, more or less, westerly from
that point where the center line of Santa Clara Avenue intersects
the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence westerly along the center
line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 90 feet, more or less;
thence num-~erly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 658.2 feet, more or less;
thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 90 feet, more or less;
thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 658.2 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the LP District to the LPB District, and
Sectional District Map 5-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 602(B).
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.

Ordinance was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular

by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of July,
1967, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by the
