ON AMMENDMENT APPLICATION 603 FILED BY THE PLANNING
COMMISSION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 1-5-10
(EXHIBIT AA 603 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 603, filed
by the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Santa Aha, for a change
in District classification from the C-5 District to the LP District,
and said Commission by its Resolution 5807 has recommended APPROVAL
of said reclassification in accordance with EXHIBIT AA 603 A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing
on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience,
and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa
Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That area along the north side of Santa Clara Avenue
between Broadway and the Santa Ana Freeway fifteen (15)
feet in width and 282 feet in length paralleling Santa
Clara Avenue along the public right-of-way,
is hereby reclassified fro~ the C-5 District to the LP District,
and Sectional District Map 1-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with EXHIBIT AA 603 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of August, 1967.

considered by said council at its regular meeting held on the
7th day of August, 1967, and at said meeting was regularly passed
and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
