PART 3, ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO REQUIRE LANDSCAPING AND MAINTENANCE OF
FRONT YARDS IN P (PROFESSIONAL) DISTRICTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 9230.143 of Part 3, Article IX of
the Santa Aha Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 9230.143. Front Yard.
There shall be a front yard of not less than fifteen (15)
feet. All required front yards shall be landscaped and maintained.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of December, 1967.
