ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 634 FILV. D BY R. V.
RIGHTER AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 32-4-9

WHEP~EAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 634, filed by
R. V. RIGHTER for a change in District classification from the A-1
District to the R-1 and C-5 Districts, and said Commission, by its
Resolution No. 5864 recommended denial of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said reclassification on published notice as required by law and
does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general
welfare require that said reclassification be approved in accordance
with Exhibit AA 634 B, and that the use under the new classification
will not be detrimental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Tustin Avenue located
667 feet, more or less, northerly from that point where the center
line of Tustin Avenue intersects the center line of Fairhaven
Avenue; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Fairhaven Avenue for a distance of 1320 feet, more
or less, to the Santa Ana City Limits; thence northerly along the
Santa Ana City Limits for a distance of 330 feet, more or less;
thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Fairhaven Avenue for a distance of 905 feet, more or less,
to the Garden Grove Freeway right of way; thence southeasterly
along the Garden Grove Freeway right of way for a distance of 389
feet, more or less, to the westerly right of way line of Tustin
Avenue; thence easterly for a distance of 50 feet, more or less,
to the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence southerly along the
center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 202 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District, and
Sectional District Map 32-4-9 is hereby amended to show,id reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 634 B.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
