OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO EFFECT DISESTAB-
LISHMENT OF THE BUSINESS PROMOTION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, heretofore, the City Council, by its Resolution 69-17,
declared its intention to disestablish the Business Promotion District
in downtown Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, on February 17, 1969, a public hearing was duly held
on said disestablishment on published notice as required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 2 of Article VI of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of March, 1969.
