ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 641 FILED BY DOUGLAS
CORRIGAN AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 36-4-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 641, filed by
Douglas Corrigan for a change in District classification from the
A-1 District to the R-1 District, and said Commission has recommended,
by its Resolution No. 5875, that said reclassification be approved
as shown on Exhibit AA 641 A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that public necessity, convenience, and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround-
ing property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point 30 feet south of the northerly
right of way line of West Orange Road and 180 feet west
of the center line of Flower Street, thence southerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Flower Street for a distance of 661 feet, more or
less, thence westerly along a line approximately parallel
to the said northerly right of way line of West Orange
Road for a distance of 1,146 feet, more or less, to a
line parallel with and 30 feet easterly of the westerly
line of Westwood Avenue, thence northerly along a line
parallel to and 30 feet easterly of the westerly line of
Westwood Avenue for a distance of 661 feet more or less,
thence along a line approximately parallel to and 30
feet south of the northerly right of way line of West
Orange Road for a distance of 1,143 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning.
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District,
and Sectional District Map 36-4-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accirdance with Exhibit AA 641 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of M~y, 1969.

21st day of April, 1969, and was again considered by said Council at
its regular meeting held on the 5th day of May, 1969, and was at said
meeting passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
