SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION
9271.64 TO PART 7, CHAPTER 2, THEREOF RELATING
TO SPECIFIC PLANS FOR STREET ALIGNMENT
WI~EREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan of
Street Alignment No. 36 involving a portion of Bush Street; and
WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice
as required by law, said Council determined that said street
alignment plan should be adopted and that the Santa Ana Municipal
Code be amended to show such change;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 9271.64 is hereby added to Part 7,
Chapter 2, Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in
words and figures, as follows:
Section 9271.64. Specific Plan for Street Alignment No. 36.
Bush Street, from a point 200 feet south of Tenth Street,
north to Washington Avenue.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of September, 1969.
