CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 41-734 THEREOF RELATING
TO SPECIFIC PLANS FOR STREET ALIGNMENT
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan of
Street Alignment No. 15 (Revised) involving a portion of Flower
Street; and
WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice
as required by law, said Council determined that said street
alignment plan should be revised between civic Center Drive and
Tenth Street, and that the Santa Ana Municipal Code be amended
to show such change;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby
amended by amending Section 41-734 thereof to read as follows:
Sec. 41-734. Specific Plan for Street Alignment
No. 15 (Revised).
Flower Street, between Pine Street and Seventeenth Street.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after the date of its adoption,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1970.
