CODE BY ADDING SECTION 41-744 RELATING TO SPECIFIC
PLANS FOR STREET ALIGNMENT
W~EREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission, by its Resolution Number 5961, has recommended the
adoption of Specific Plan for Street Alignment No. 42 involving
that portion of Bristol Street between Martha Lane and Twenty-
First Street; and
WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice
as required by law, said Council determined that said street
alignment plan should be adopted and that the Santa Ana Municipal
Code be amended to show such change;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 41-744 is hereby added to Chapter
41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in words and figures,
as follows:
Sec. 41-744. Specific Plan of Street Aliqnment No. 42.
Bristol Street between Martha Lane and Twenty-
First Street
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of July, 1971.
