ADDING SECTION 36-372 TO ARTICLE VII OF
CHAPTER 36 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS FOR
SUNFLOWER AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 36-372 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code is added to read in words and figures as follows:
Sec. 36-372. Sunflower Avenue
West city limits at Harbor Boulevard to
1,208 (one thousand two hundred eight) feet
to the east
Miles per Hour
40
1,208 (one thousand two hundred eight) feet
east of city limits to Fairview Street
50
Fairview to Bristol Street
40
SECTION 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify
to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be
published in some daily newspaper printed and published in the
City of Santa Ana.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after tke date of its adoption, except as herein
specifically provided.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of
, 1972.
