AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
SANTA ANA ADOPTING SECTION 29-11 OF
THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE REGULA-
TING HOUP~S OF OPERATION OF POOL ROOMS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITy OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 11 is hereby added to Chapter 29 of
the Santa Aha Municipal Code to read in words and figures as follows:
CHAPTER 29
POOL AND BILLIARDS
Sec. 29~11. Hours_of Operation
Ail pool rooms, except pool rooms or pool tables operated in
conjunction with bowling alleys, shall be closed and cease all busi-
ness~ playing and games between the hours of two o'clock a.m. and
six o'clock a.m. of each day.
SECTION 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in
some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Santa Aha.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption, except as herein specifi-
cally provided.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of
, 1972.
