HomeMy WebLinkAboutNS-1249ORDINANCE NS - 1 24 9 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 34-193 RELATING TO LOCAL DRAINAGE AREA FEE SCHEDULE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l: That Section 34-193 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is amended to read in words and figures as follows: Sec. 34-193. Same--Fees established. The thirteen (13) local drainage areas shall be known as "Local Drainage Area No. I" and continuing through "Local Drainage Area No. XIII." No final subdivision map or final record of survey map shall be approved in any of the local drainage areas until the fee hereinbelow provided for has been paid in cash or by other and equal consideration as provided for in Section 34-192. The fee to be paid for any land being subdivided or developed in each of the local drainage areas is as set out after the name of said local drainage area hereinbelow. The dollar figure stated for each area is for each gross acre of land, and said figure shall be proportionately reduced, for any fraction of an acre being subdivided or developed~ on an exact percentage basis. The fees required are fixed as follows: Local Drainage Area No. I $1,285.00 Local Drainage Area No. II 1,240.00 Local Drainage Area No. III 1,390.00 Local Drainage Area No. IV 920.00 Local Drainage Area No. V 1,375.00 Local Drainage Area No. VI 1,030.00 Local Drainage Area No. VII 1,190.O0 Local Drainage Area No. VIII 940.00 Local Drainage Area No. IX 735.00 Local Drainage Area No. X 1,005.00 Local Drainage Area No. X1 1,215.00 Local Drainage Area No. XII 465.00 Local Drainage Area No. XIII 405.00 SECTION 2: The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Santa Ana. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days days from and after the date of its adoption.
