AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING
CHAPTER 2 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE FOR
THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING BY RESOLUTION FOR
COMPENSATION PAYMENTS FOR MEMBERS OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does ordain as follows:
Chapter 2 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended by
amending Section 2-352 thereof to read as follows:
Sec. 2-352. Compensation of members.
Each member of the planning commission shall receive com-
pensation for each regular, adjourned regular, or special
meeting of said planning commission which said member
attends, in such amount and upon such terms as the council
may establish by resolution.
The council, by resolution, may authorize the payment,
to commission members, of reasonable sums for reasonable
and necessary expenses incurred by them in connection
with their official duties.
