ORDINANCE NO. NS-1350
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REPEALING
SECTIONS 2-310 THROUGH 2-320 AND SECTION 2-325
OF THE SANTA A~A~UNICIPAL CODE, PERTAINING TO
CONFLICT OF INTEREST PROVISIONS WHICH ARE NO
LONGER OPERATIVE
WHEREAS, Sections 2-310 through 2-320 and 2-325 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code were adopted as guidelines for the im-
plementation of the Moscone Governmental Conflict of Interests and
Disclosure Act, codified as California Government Code, Title 1,
Division 4.5; and
WHEREAS, the said Act has now become totally inoperative
in the City of Santa Aha due to the adoption of Conflict of In-
terest Codes by the agencies of the City of Santa Ana pursuant to
the Political Reform Act of 1974, and the said sections of the
Santa Aha Municipal Code are accordingly of no further force or
effect;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA DOES ORDAIN that Sections 2-310, 2-311, 2-312, 2-313, 2-314,
2-315, 2-316, 2-317, 2-318, 2-319, 2-320, and 2-325 of the Santa
Ana Municipal Code are hereby repealed.
ADOPTED, this 21st day of March , 1977,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Yamamoto, Ward, 0rtiz, Garthe,
Evans, Brandt
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Bricken
