AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. NS-1600 TO
PROVIDE FOR AN EXCEPTION FROM SAID
ORDINANCE FOR ANY PROPOSED DEVELOPMEN
WHICH DEVELOPMENT PLANS HAVE BEEN SU]
PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ADOPTION THERE(

WHEREAS, the City Council of the of Santa
Ana, on October 26, 1981, adopted Ordinanc. NS-1600,
rezoning property in the "French Park District"
from the P (Professional) and R3H (High Multiple
Family Residential) Districts to the and R3H-SD
