ORDINANCE NO. NS-1786
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2400 MONTE VISTA AVENUE FROM THE R2
(MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE) DISTRICT
TO THE R2-PRD (MULTIPLE FAMILY RESI-
DENCE - PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT)
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 929 has been filed
to make a certain change in the zoning district designation of
certain real property, as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after duly noticed
public hearing, has recommended approval of the change in use
district designation as proposed in said Amendment Application;
and
WHEREAS, this Council, prior to adopting this ordi-
nance, has reviewed the initial environmental study prepared
for this project, and has approved the Negative Declaration for
this project based thereon; and
WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hear-
ing, has determined that the change in use district designation
proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application is justified by
the public necessity, convenience and general welfre;
NOW, THEREFOREw THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
2400 Monte vista Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, and more
ically described as follows:
That portion of the North 200 feet of Lot 18 of
a re-plat of Santa Ana Acres, in the Rancho San-
tiago de Santa Ana County of Orange, shown as
Parcel 2 on a Parcel Map recorded in book 146
page 29 of Parcel Maps, records of Orange County,
California;
