ORDINANCE NO. NS-1931
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO.
19 ("FRENCH PARK HISTORIC DISTRICT") TO
ALLOW THE USE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
219 EAST WASHINGTON AVENUE AS ATTORNEYS'
OFFICES
WHEREAS, this Council, by Ordinance No. NS-1723,
adopted April 2, 1984, rezoned certain real property known
generally as the "French Park Historic District" and more
specifically described in said ordinance, to the SD (Specific
Development) District and adopted Specific Development Plan No.
19 therefor; and
WHEREAS, said Specific Development Plan No. 19 was
amended by Ordinance No. NS-1764, adopted March 4, 1985, by
the addition of Section 7 thereto, to allow alternate uses of
certain property; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to further amend said
Specific Development Plan No. 19 to allow for an alternate
use of property located at 219 East Washington Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA DOES ORDAIN that Section 7 of Specific Development Plan No.
19 is amended by adding the following sentence thereto:
"The property located at 219 East Washington
Avenue may be used as attorneys offices."
