NS- 1~5 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3210 WEST FIFTH STREET FROM THE SD (SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT) AND C2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICTS TO THE R2 (TWO- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 1006 has been filed to make a certain change in the zoning district designa- tion of certain real property, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after duly noticed public hearing, has recommended approval of the change in use district designations as proposed in said Amendment Appli- cation; and WHEREAS, this Council, prior to adopting this ordi- nance, has reviewed the initial environmental study prepared for this project, and has approved the Negative Declaration for this project based thereon; and WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing has determined that the changes in use district desig- nation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application is justified by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare; NOWw THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1. That parcel of real property located generally at 3210 West Fifth Street in the City of Santa Ana, and more specifically located as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorported herein by reference, is hereby re- classified from the SD (Specific Development) and C2 (General Commercial) Districts to the R2 (Two-Family Residential) District. 426 ORDINANCE NO. NS-1965 PAGE TWO 2. An amended Sectional District Map number 9-5-10 show- ing the above described change in use district designation is hereby adopted. ADOPTED this 5th day of Ju].¥ , 1988.
