AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
RELATING TO STANDARDS AND
CORRECTIONS PROGRAM
OF SANTA ANA
TRAINING FOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: While receiving any State Aid pursuant to Article
3 (commencing with Section 6040) of Chapter 5 of Title 7 of Part
III of the California Penal Code, the City of Santa Ana will adhere
to the standards for selection and training established by the
Board of Corrections.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its
adoption.
ADOPTED this 5th day of ~ April , 1993.
