NS- 2228 REL: 6/14;94 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN ENGLISH AND TOWNSEND STREETS, NORTH OF FIFTH STREET, FROM THE R2 (TWO- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) AND C2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICTS TO THE Ri (SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENCE) DISTRICT (A3~ NO. 1067) WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 1067 has been filed to make certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain property located between English and Townsend streets, north of Fifth Street, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has determined that the change in use district designation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application is justified by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1. Those parcels of real property designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby reclassified from the R2 (Two-family Residential) and C2 (General Commercial) districts to the Ri (Single-Family Residence) district. 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 11-5-10 showing the above described change in use district designation is hereby approved. ADOPTED this 18th day of July , 1994. ATTEST: rk of the Council MD~ ~.
