NS- 2229 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON BAKER <br />STREET, NORTH OF CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, <br />FROM THE R1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE) <br />DISTRICT TO THE SD (SPECIFIC DEVELOP- <br />MENT) DISTRICT AND AMENDING SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 20, PERTAINING TO <br />THE FHP INC. DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, by its <br />Ordinance No. NS-1724, adopted April 2, 1984, approved Specific <br />Development Plan No. 20 for property located on the north side of <br />civic Center Drive between Louise Street and Flower Street, and <br />amended said Specific Development Plan No. 20 by Ordinance No. NS- <br />2177, adopted September 21, 1992; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add certain property located on <br />the east side of Baker Street, north of Civic Center Drive, to the <br />area subject to Specific Development Plan No. 20; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That that certain property shown on Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, as part of the part of the <br />"Proposed Development Site" which is presently zoned R1 is hereby <br />reclassified from the Ri (Single-family Residential) District to <br />the SD (Specific Development District), and Amended Sectional <br />District Map number 12-5-10 showing the said change in use district <br />designation is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That Specific Development Plan No. 20 is further <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />(a) To include the property specified in Section 1 of this <br /> ordinance within its scope; and <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />To provide for the physical closing of <br />vehicular traffic immediately to the <br />Center Drive and the construction of a <br />Baker Street at that point. <br /> <br />Baker Street to <br />north of civic <br />cul-de-sac for <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br /> <br />
