NS- 2239 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADDING DIVISION 5 TO ARTICLE IV OF CHAP- TER 2 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THE BOARD OF RECREATION AND PARKS WITH AUTHORITY OVER THE LIBRARY AND CABLE TELEVISION AND RENAME IT COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION, AND ABOLISH THE LIBRARY BOARD AND THE TELEVISION ADVISORY BOARD THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the Santa Ana )al Code is hereby amended by adding a division, to be 5, and consisting of sections numbered 2-550 through 2-552 Article IV of Chapter 2 thereof, which said division reads follows: DIVISION 5.
