ORDINANCE NO. NS- 2261
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1351 EAST DYER ROAD FROM THE M1 (LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT TO THE SD (SPECIFIC
DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT AND AMENDING
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 12 (AA NO.
95-03)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 95-03 has been filed to change the
zoning district designation of certain property located at 1351 East Dyer Road
as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed p~bliC hearing, has determined
that the change in use district designation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment
Application is Justified by the public necessity, convenience and general
welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That parcel of real property designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the M1 (Light
Industrial) district to the SD (Specific Development) district.
2. Specific Development Plan No. 12, previously approved by this Council
for property to the north and west of the property designated in Exhibit A, is
hereby amended to (1) include the property designated in Exhibit A, and (2) add
"gas stations/minimarkets" to the list of uses permitted subject to the issuance
of a conditional use permit, as set forth in clause A.11 Of Section 3 of the said
specific development plan.
3. Amended Sectional District Map number 30-5-9 showing the above
described change in use district designation is hereby approved.
