Ai~ ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2040 EAST DYER ROAD AND 3030 SOUTH
REDHILL FROM THE LIMITED MAAIUFACTURING ZONE
DISTRICT (LM) TO THE PROFESSIONAL ZONE DIS-
TRICT (P) (AA NO. 98-02)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-02 has been filed to
make certain changes in the zoning district designations of
certain property located at 2040 East Dyer Road and 3030 South
Redhill, as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has
determined that the change in use district designation proposed in
the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public
necessity, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain real property located at 2040 East Dyer Road
and 3030 South Redhill and designated in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby
reclassified from the LM (Limited Manufacturing) district to the P
(Professional) district.
2. Amended Sectional District Map number IRS-9, showing the
above described change in use district designation, is hereby
approved.
