AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2040 SOUTH CYPRESS AVENUE FROM THE
MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE DISTRICT (R3) TO THE SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL-PARKING ZONE DISTRICT (R1-B) (AA
NO. 98-09)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-09 has been filed to
make certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain
property located at 2040 South Cypress Avenue, as hereinafter set
forth; and
