ORDINANCE NO. NS- 2369
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2840 SOUTH BRISTOL STREET FROM THE
COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICT (CR) TO
THE COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL ZONE DISTRICT (C1)
(AA NO. 98-10)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-10 has been filed to
make certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain
property located at 2840 South Bristol Street, as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has
determined that the change in use district designation proposed in
the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public
necessity, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain real property located at 2840 South Bristol
Street and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the
CR (Commercial Residential) district to the C1 (Community
Commercial) district.
2. Amended Sectional District Map number 26-5-10, showing
the above described change in use district designation, is hereby
approved.
ADOPTED this 19th day of October , 1998.
