NS- 2377 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 120, 202, 206 AND 210 WEST 20TM STREET, 115-207 WEST 19TM STREET AND 114-207 WEST 18TM STREET FROM THE MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICT (R3) TO THE PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ZONE DISTRICT (P) (AA NO. 98-15) WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 98-15 has been filed to make certain changes in the zoning district designation of certain property located adjacent to the Museum District, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has determined that the change in use district designation proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain real property located at 120, 202, 206 and 210 West 20th Street, 115-207 West 19th Street and 114-207 West 18tn Street and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the R3 (Multi Family Residential) zone district to the P (Professional Office) zone district. 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 1-5-10, showing the above described change in use district designation, is hereby approved. ADOPTED this 14th day of ATTEST: f the CounCil December , 1998.
