RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TILDE LI~.,':IT PARKIUG ZONE
UNDER SECTION 9 0P ORDINANCE N0. 10S0
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
FOLLOWS:
That pursuant
the State of California,
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0P SANTA ANA, AS
to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
and pursuant to the provisions of 0rdt-
nance No. 10SO of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance
of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highways
within said City", adopted April 6, 19~6, the City Council does
hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway
in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green and shall bear a
legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time
limit for parking shall be twenty (~0) minutes, as provided in
Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 10$O, and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted
as above described, on the following curb, to-wit:
EAST FIFTH STREgT
On the South side between Main and Bush Streets,
located as follows:
The East S8.6 feet of the West 47.6 feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the
7th day of Januar~ , 195~.
