HomeMy WebLinkAbout52-004Requested by THE HOUSE OF GOOD SPIRITS RESOLUTION NO. ~2-~' RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKING ZONE UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway in the City of Santa Aha shell be painted green and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as provided in Subdivision "?" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: WEST SEVENTEENTH STREET On the Nortb side of Seventeenth Street between Heliotrope and Greenleaf Street, located as follows: The East 21 feet of the West 112 feet.
