RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
~tEREAS, ANNETTA J. DIS!GLEDY has presented to the City Council,
an easement deed dated September 27th, 1951 conveying an easement
across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across the
following:
The Westerly 7 feet of Lot 7 in Block "B" of Tract
No. 284, Chanticleer ~anor, as shown on a Nap recorded
in Book l&, pages i and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 21st day of January, 1952.
