A R~SOLUTION ACCEPTING OFFER OF DEDICATION OF
LOT %' FOR STREET PURPOSES
WhErEAS, heretofore the map of Tract No. 228 was offered
for filing and after the necessary preliminary procedures, was
accepted and recorded in Book 13 at page 19 of Miscellaneous
Records of Orange County; and
WM'~EAS, said Tract included a lot designated as X which
was "reserved for street to be opened for public use upon dedi-
cation or deeding of the adjoining 30 feet on the north"; and
W~EREAS, the 30 feet adjoining and immediately north of
said Lot X has now been dedicated to the City of Santa Ann by
the acceptance of Tract No. 1~70 and the offer of dedication of
said Lot X should now be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
by this Resolution hereby accepts the offer of dedication of Lot
X in Tract No. 228 as per map thereof recorded in Book 13 at page
19, Miscellaneous Records of Orange County for the purpose of a
public street.
BE IT I~JRTHERRESOL~ED: That the City Clerk shall cause
a copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.

Resolution was regularly introduced and read to the said Coun-
cil at its regular meeting held on the 4th day
of February , 1952 and was at said meeting regularly
passed and adopted by said Council by the following vote,
