following:
The Westerly l0 feet of the South 35 feet and the South
5 feet of the West 23 feet of the following described
property:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the North
line of Hickey Street,. now known as Eighth Street, in
the City of Santa ~na, State of Califorhia, with the
East line of English Street; thence North along the
East line of said English Street 136 feet; thence East
45 feet; thence South 136 feet; thence West along the
North line of said Hickey Street 45 feet to the point
of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa ~na
