RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, H. J. GERKEN and CLARA M. GEPJfEN, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated February
27, 1952 conveying that certain real property in the City of Santa
Aha, County of 0renge, State of Celifornia, described as:
The Southerly l0 feet of Lot 13, in Block "B", Wiley Addition
to the Town of Santa ~na, as per map thereof recorded in Book
17, page 36, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City
Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its
