RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EAS~ENT DEED
WHEREAS, ARTHUR H. KLAUSER and NELL M. KLAUSER have presented
to the City Council, an easement deed dated September 28, 1951 con-
veying an easement across that certain real property in the City
of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
2he Wemterly seven (7) feet of Lot l, of Block "D"
of Tract 252, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 13z at Page 33, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange uounty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed for sasement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
