RESOLUTION NO. 52--35
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, JOHNH. BOWER and ETHEL E. BOWER, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated April
7, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property in
the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California de-
scribed as:
The Westerly 7 feet of Lot 8 and the Westerly 7 feet of
the South 40 feet of Lot 7, in Block D, Tract 252, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 13, of page 33,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa aha
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded withithe County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at
regular meeting held on the 5th day of __~,
