RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, THE TOWNSEND COMPANY, a Pennsylvania Corporation,
has p~esented to the City Council, an easemea~ deed dated
June 1~ , 1952 conveying an easement across that certain
real property in the Rancho Santiago de Santa~na, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the northerly 30 feet
of the property described as:
That portion of JAMES MC FADDENALLOTMENT,
Beginning on the North line of said ~AMES MCFADDEN
Allotment at the Northeast Corner of Emmett's Addition
to South Santa Ann as per map thereof recorded in Book
$, Page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County thence S. 0o 09' E. 1285.95' along the East
line of said E m mott's Addition to the North line of the
easement of the Pacific Electric Railway Company as
described in deed recorded in Book 225, Page 317 of
Deeds, Records of Orange County, thence along the North
and Northwesterly line of said easement S. $9° 48' 30"
East 237' to the beginning of a curve concave to the
Northwest having a radius of 357.25' with a radial line
to said begi--~ng of curve bearing S. 0° 46' 03" E.
thence Northeasterly along said curve 353.11' thrm an
arc of 56° 37' 54", thence N. 22° 37' E. 130', thence
N. 0° 04' 50" W. 1002.00' along the Westerly lime of the
land described in deed to Southern Pacific Railroad
Company, a Corporation, as recorded in Book 210, Page
333 of Deeds, Record of Orange County, to the North line
of said ~ames McFadden Allotment, thence West 555.13'
along the North line of said Allotment to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM smy portion previously dedicated for
street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded wi~h the Coumty Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ann at
