RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, GERTRUDE M. BURNS, a widow, has presented to the
City Council, an easement deed dated June 13, 1952 conveying an
easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly
seven feet of Lot Four, the South Forty feet of Lot
Three, and the North Seven and one-half feet (7.5) of
Lot Five in Block "B" of Tract No. 28~, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book lA, pages i and 2 of Niscella-
neous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Califor-
nia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting
