RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Santa Aha
hereby approves and accepts the Agreement dated 15th day of July,
1952 executed by H. J. and CLARA M. GERKEN covering removal of all
portions of buildings and other obstructions under conditions set
forth therein, from the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, otate of California, described as:
The southerly ten (10) feet in Lot 13 in Block B,
Wiley Addition to the Town of Santa Ana, as per map
thereof recorded in Book 17, page 36, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
PASSED ~D ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Oanta Zna at
regular meeting held on the 21st day of July, 1952.
