RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS
TO REPORT OF STREET~SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING
REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY T~EOF FILED WITH
THE TAX COLLECTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
did, on the l?th day ef March, 1982, pass Resolution No. §2-25,
determining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a
wingy or downy nature and which attain such a large growth as
to become a fire menace when dry and which are noxious and
dangerous, were growing upon the streets, sidewalks, and
private property in the City of Santa Ana, described in the
itemized report submitted herewith; and
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of April, 1982, the City
Council further passed Resolution No. 52-~, ordering the
Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public nuisance;
and
WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given
notice as required 'by law, in which notice the Ath day of
August, 1952, at the hou~ of 7:~0 o'clock p.m., was fixed as
the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said city
as the place, where any and all persons interested in the said
report might be heard; and
WHEREAS, at the time set the Street Superintendent
submitted the said report, and all of said pretests er object-
ions to said report having been heard; and
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Aha that all of said pretests or objections to the
said report of the work done, be and the same are hereby over-
ruled and the report affirmed, and that the Street Superinten-
dent be, and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report
with the Tax Collector.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha at its regular .. meeting
held on the 4th day of August, 1952.

am the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha;
that I did on the 30th day of July, 1952, post on or
near the chamber door of the Legislative Body, to-wit:
the City Council, of the City of Santa Aha, a notice
of the time when my report of the account of, and the
cost of abating and destroying weeds would be submitted
to such City Council; a copy of which notice and of the
account so posted by me are annexed hereto, and made a
part hereof; that said notice and said account were kept
posted from and after said 30th day of July, 1952, for
at least three (3) days prior to the 4th day of August,
1952, as required by law.

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You and each of you will please take notice that the
Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana will, on the 4th day of August, 1982
at the hour of 7:$0 o'clock P. M., in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of the
City of Santa Aha, submit to the City Council an itemized report of the cost of
removing weeds from each separate lot, piece and parcel of land, or in front thereof,
as described in said report, that a copy of said report is attached hereto and
posted herewith.
