RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASENENT DEED
WHEREAS, VICTOR CHARLES SILVERSTEIN and MARION SILVERSTEIN,
husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement
deed dated August 18, 1952 conveying an easement across that cer-
tain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Northerly l0
feet of Lot i in Block "B" of Goodwin's Addition to the
Town of Santa Aha, as per map thereof recorded in Book 13,
page &8 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove
described. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Cali-
fornia.
